RL3 Baseball is proud to have experienced and dedicated coaches. They bring a wealth of knowledge and a love of baseball to their teams. These parents, grandparents, aunts and uncles volunteer their time and talents to enrich the players they work with.

We are always happy to have additional adult help at practice, in the dugout and on the field so if you are willing to lend a hand please contact us and we will assist you in finding the right fit!

Attention All Coaches!

To be able to coach with RL3 a background check will be needed, please keep an eye out for an email with instructions to complete. 

Beginning in 2024, Abuse Awareness training (Safe Sport) will now be a required part of the annual Little League Volunteer Application.  Coaches will be required to submit completion certificate. 

Next, you will need to complete the Concussion Training with the CDC. This training needs to be complete every 3 years. If you already have completed this form, please keep a copy of the certificate handy as RL3 will need a copy. If you don't have the certificate, please follow the link to log in and reprint it. 

Another great resource for all coaches to complete but is NOT required UNLESS you plan on coaching an All-Star team, is the Diamond Training.
